Each batch is handcrafted in small quantities, thoroughly checked, and sealed with care to ensure you receive nothing short of sparkle-perfect freshness. We do not mass produce - we meticulously craft, inspect, and dispatch every pouch with attention to detail.

Because of the perishable and handcrafted nature of our drink blends, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

That said, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please email us at (email ID) within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
3. A brief explanation of the issue


Our team will assess and get back to you within 72 hours.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect address, or delay caused by courier partners but we’ll always do our best to make things right if there’s a genuine issue.
